Enviro Management Consultants Namibia has been created to provide the necessary insight, co-ordination and specialized skills critical to the successful co-ordination of the Integrated Environmental Management (IEM) process. Enviro Management Consultants Namibia is an independent firm that is young, yet accomplished, flexible yet goal orientated. In practice, our size and autonomy have made it easier for us to move quickly to keep pace with today's perpetual social and technological advances and their impact on our client's projects.

FACILITATION AND CO-ORDINATION

The range of possible projects, which require environmental impact assessment, is virtually endless, but for the sake of defining the scope of our services, the following are included:

• New urban development or land uses in environmentally sensitive areas or on land previously earmarked for agriculture, smallholdings, recreation or conservation.
• Mining right application (Environmental studies)
• Mining rehabilitation and Financial Quantum calculation for rehabilitation
• Mining Closure
• Risk analysis and management
• Environmental Impact Assessments (as required by the Environmental Management Act 2007)
• Pollution prevention, waste minimization, impact management and remediation
• Environmental Management Plans for various activities
• Major infrastructure service projects that require Environmental Services

The Environmental Impact Management process applicable to Namibia in terms of the Namibian Environmental Management Act (Act No. 7 of 2007), and subsequent regulations published is a specialty field of our company and we offer that service to you, our client. Once the issues requiring further assessment have been identified, relevant experts are contracted to attend to such studies.
